After 25 years in marketing, including 19 in the A/E/C industry, the time was right to start my own firm. Market Elevations helps firms maximize their efforts and elevate their marketing potential.

 

5 things to know about me:

 

1. I love personality tests - they can be great tools for groups and teams. I'm an ENFP (Myers-Briggs), a High I/D (DISC), and my StrengthsFinder 2.0 strengths are: Strategic, Futuristic, Ideation, Relator, Learner.

2. One of my jobs in college was as a bank teller. As I started my shift one morning, the bank got robbed (and I was the teller!). With that perspective on what a "stressful day at work" is, I'm pretty calm under pressure.

3. I'm a past president and longtime member of SMPS St. Louis, an organization near and dear to my heart. In addition to lots of invaluable education and resources, it's given me a network of friends I value greatly. Today, I enjoy volunteering with the national SMPS organization.

4. Humane farming is a cause I'm passionate about; I've been a pescetarian for more than 20 years. One of my favorite quotes is by Sir Paul McCartney: "If slaughterhouses had glass walls everyone would be a vegetarian."

5. In addition to a master's degree in marketing, I also hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology. (Maybe this explains #1.)
